Some SkyWareUSA apps offer in-app purchases or subscriptions that are processed by Apple through the App Store. When you make a purchase, your payment information is handled directly by Apple. We do not receive your full payment details (such as your credit card number).

From Apple, we may receive limited information related to the transaction, for example:

• a transaction or subscription identifier,
• the product you purchased,
• the country or region of purchase,
• the status of your subscription (active, cancelled, renewal date, etc.).

• unlock or provide the content and features you paid for,
• verify that your subscription is active,
• address support requests related to billing and access.

3. Platform-Level Diagnostics

Your device or app store provider (such as Apple, Google, or Garmin) may collect anonymous diagnostics, crash logs, or usage information as part of the operating system or app store services. Our website is a simple, static site used mainly for information and support. We do not use cookies, analytics scripts, or tracking pixels on this site. Any web server may automatically log basic technical information (such as IP address and request data) as part of standard operation, but we do not use this information to identify or track individual users.

5. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Our apps do not contain features designed to collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can delete it.
